Paul Goddard joined Duncan Young Consulting as an Associate in 2013 and is an integral member of the team.

 

Paul works as a facilitator, executive coach, professional role player and learning and development consultant. He also writes and directs corporate training videos. Paul combines his wealth of experience as an actor with his passion for assisting others as they strive to develop their leadership and communication skills. He believes that the provision of a safe and creative environment enables people to take risks, stretch themselves, gain profound insights and make lasting changes in their behaviour. An accomplished performer on stage, television and film, Paul draws on his acting and improvisation skills, along with his studies of the social sciences, conflict resolution and executive coaching to provide workshops, role plays and simulations that are tailored to the learning needs of his clients. 

 

Paul has a Diploma in Acting from NIDA and a Bachelor of Economics/Social Sciences from Sydney University. He has completed studies in Conflict Resolution, obtained his Cert IV in Workplace Training and is accredited in Executive Coaching. He has worked with many top tier professional services firms, many of the major banks and a broad array of government departments, both state and federal.
