Matt joined Duncan Young Consulting as an associate in 2012. He has been a professional coach for over 15 years. His unique combination of having worked in financial services as well as being a professional actor has made him one of the leaders in his field.

 

Matt has extensive experience with leadership, communication, and human behaviour. He is also able to grasp industry terminology and technical matters very quickly. He specialises in coaching executives, partners and senior leaders of organisations. He has worked internationally and through out Australia with clients from diverse

industries. These include: judicial and legal sector, financial services, medical, resources, pharmaceutical, commercial, government and other sectors.

• Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney (scholarship) Major - Accounting; Sub major - Business Law.

• Chartered Accountant (former member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants)

• British American Drama Academy – Oxford (Acting)

• Atlantic Theatre Company – New York (Acting)

• Disc accredited

• L-Map Leadership accredited
