Lisa Reeves is a Leadership Coach-Facilitator and highly experienced Experiential Learning Practitioner who has worked with Duncan Young Consulting delivering our International programs since 2017.

Reading drama at Exeter University, Lisa then trained and worked in the UK and abroad as a professional actor and drama workshop leader and teacher for 10 years, before moving into the telecommunications industry. Her experience here of the daily challenge of interactions, building relationships and communicating effectively whilst under pressure at work led to her interest in examining how the tools and skills of the trained actor might help those in the workplace. She has worked with business since 2004 and has a deep working knowledge of very many business psychology tools, is an accredited coach and a SDI practitioner.

Lisa has worked with a vast cross section of public and private sector UK and global clients, specialising in driving behavioural change and helping individuals and teams to interact and communicate more effectively, and thus to be more productive and happier at work. She specialises in experiential learning tools and is a firm believer in learning being cemented through experience in addition to study.

Alongside this Lisa has spent the last 2 decades working as a complimentary body practitioner and coach in her local communities, supporting the vulnerable, elderly, young adults with learning disabilities and young and new parents. Her work on a non-verbal level has greatly enhanced her skill and understanding of the empathic listener in business. She has recently designed and delivered her own leadership development programme for parents, Parents as Leaders, and is excited at the possibilities corporate L&D tools offer to parents to help them to be more effective at home.

Lisa’s strengths lie in her experience and knowledge, insight and deep compassion for everyone she works with. She is committed to enabling learning, insight and positive change at all levels and her experience in the corporate world, public sector and local community means she is equally at home training in the boardroom as on the shop floor. Her empathic, fun and equally challenging style ensures all who work with her are supported and stretched in order to be the best version of themselves.
