EMMA PALMER

Emma is passionate about helping others discover strategies to improve their communication at work. She is enthusiastic about guiding people towards their natural strengths and harnessing those abilities in their pursuit for excellence. She believes that accurate and clear communication in the workplace is paramount to success and growth.

 

Across Australia and Asia, Emma has delivered a broad range of training and coaching products. She has partnered with clients to develop programs from a ‘needs analysis’ stage, right through to program delivery. Emma creates an energised and comfortable training environment that allows her participants to thrive in a supportive and relaxed way. Emma has experience in facilitating programs in Leadership Skills, Coaching & Feedback, High Performance Teams, Presentation Skills, Handling Unconscious Bias, Storytelling, Communication Essentials, Facilitation Skills and Women In Business.

 

As a facilitator and course designer Emma has over 10 years experience creating dynamic, engaging and experiential training for individuals and teams. Emma holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts and a Diploma in Modern Languages (French) from the University of Melbourne as well at a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. She is a 2007 NIDA Acting graduate with extensive experience working with Australia’s leading theatre companies and television networks as both an actor, writer and television presenter. Her acting expertise allows her to manage role-plays with an assured confidence where the learning outcomes are central to the training.

 

Emma has worked across diverse industries in the public and private sector and at all levels of organisations. Some of her clients include St George Bank, Bank SA, Savills Australia, Laing O’Rourke, Westpac, Telstra, AMP, Thiess, Caltex, CBA, Woodside, CSIRO and many more.
