I’m passionate about helping people get the most from themselves and for themselves in their working lives, and I believe that understanding my clients is the first and most important step to achieving that.”
Duncan has been working with organisations for the over 25 years as an organisational development consultant, facilitator and executive coach. He has implemented training programs throughout Asia Pacific and Europe across a broad range of industries and clients from both the private and public sector. One of his great strengths is being able to work effortlessly at any level of an organisation from CEO to frontline staff.
Duncan is accredited in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the L-Map Leadership Coaching Tool and the DISC Diagnostic System and has won numerous awards for his work. His credentials combine a diversity of education and training with practical experience. He has completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Drama and a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA). He has worked as a professional actor since 1995 appearing in film, theatre and TV productions in Australia and Overseas. He was a guest speaker at TedX Sydney 2017.
In addition to being a coach, designer and facilitator Duncan is director of Duncan Young Consulting and has previously been a senior leader within large consultancies. This personal experience of management and leadership allows him to combine up to date theories on leadership with a pragmatic understanding of the real world.

Tenille Halliday is a dynamic organisational development and learning practitioner, with over 15 years’ experience working with organisations in Australia and globally. Tenille designs and delivers experiential blended programs that grow leadership capability and help cultivate the vision and psychological safety required to achieve performance optimisation.

She creates world class sessions, combining high end facilitation skills with creative writing and performance that challenge fixed paradigms and generate curiosity, innovation and continuous learning.​​

As a facilitator and coach, Tenille is committed to helping people feel confident in their capacity to work through setbacks and challenges. She combines a sound commercial acumen; deep knowledge of behavioural diagnostics, learning theory and frameworks; a tacit understanding of the pedagogy required to support behavioural change; and most importantly a sense of humour and an open heart.

Clare previously worked in television, radio and management consulting. Originally on the team of Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s TV Science Program Quantum, and Internet Manager for ABC Science, ABC Arts and Triple J. She was then Creative Director of Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s New Media and Digital Television Unit; Creative Director of Boston Consulting Group’s e-commerce division Platinion; and then Digital Services Manager for SBS TV and Radio.
